ONLINE PURCHASES
Upon completing the SEND REQUEST form located beside each item, a draft purchase order will be sent to Your e-mail address within 48 hours. Along with a detailed description of the item, the draft contains information on the availability of the product, pricing, delivery fees and the expected delivery date.
The final price and total delivery fee depend on the chosen destination, package weight and item value and will be included in the purchase order after You have provided us with the necessary information.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Payment on delivery (only in Croatia)
After receiving Your inquiry, we will contact You by telephone in order to confirm Your purchase. Your order will then be mailed to the provided address within 24 hours (workdays). Payment is made upon delivery (C.O.D. shipping).
- Payment to IBAN (remittance per order/quotation)
After completing and sending the request form, You will receive an e-mail containing information on item availability, pricing and delivery, as well as payment details: the IBAN to which the payment is to be made, the credit authorisation number and the total payment amount. Once the payment is visible on our account, Your purchase will be mailed to you within 24 hours (workdays).
- PayPal (payment in EUR)
If the item is immediately available upon receiving Your request, a draft purchase order/quotation and a PayPal invoice containing all the relevant information on the item and delivery details will be sent to Your e-mail address. If the item is not immediately available, You will be informed of possible future availability. Your purchase will be mailed to You within 24 hours (workdays) from receiving Your payment.
- Credit card payment via PayPal invoice for unregistered PayPal users (payment in EUR)
If the item is immediately available upon receiving Your request, a draft purchase order/quotation and a PayPal invoice containing all the relevant information on the item and delivery details will be sent to Your e-mail address. If the item is not immediately available, You will be informed of possible future availability. Your purchase will be mailed to You within 24 hours (workdays) from receiving Your payment.
TERMS OF SALE
PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND RETURNS
The subject of this Agreement is the purchase of a particular product or service via the request form listed beside each item.
The Agreement comes into effect after the Purchaser has agreed to the offer listed in the draft purchase order and has made the related payment to the Seller.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Purchaser can unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.
In order to execute the right to unilateral termination the Purchaser has to unequivocally inform the Seller of the decision via letter or e-mail. Along with the statement on termination, the Purchaser has to list his first and laste name, address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address, and the related purchase order number.
The right to unilateral termination can be exercised within 14 days from the date when the Purchaser, or a third party designated by the Purchaser (does not apply to persons in charge of delivery/transport), has received the items which are the subject of the Agreement.
If the Purchaser unilaterally terminates the Agreement, returns will be made for related payments, including delivery fees, without delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the Purchaser’s notice of termination. Expections are possible if the Purchaser has requested a delivery option which is not part of the Seller’s standard offer.
Returns will be made in the same way as payments. If the Purchaser agrees to a different return option, they will not be charged with any additional fees.
Returns can be made only after the purchased item has been returned to the Seller or upon providing evidence that the Purchaser has mailed the item back to the Seller.
The Purchaser is to mail or personally return the item as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from terminating the Agreement.
In the case of unilateral termination, any additional fees related to the return of the item will be charged to the Purchaser.
In the case of unilateral termination, the Purchaser will be held responsible for any loss of value that might have occurred as a result of the Purchaser handling the item, not including basic handling necessary for determining the state and functionality of the item.
The Seller is responsible for material faults in the item according to the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act.
In the case of unilateral termination, any fees directly related to returning the item will be charged to the Purchaser In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Purchaser will be held responsible for any loss of value that might have occurred as a result of the Purchaser handling the item, not including basic handling necessary for determining the state and functionality of the item.
COMPLAINTS
All items on offer are accurately represented with detailed images and descriptions. Before it is sent to the purchaser, every item is individually checked. Zlatarnica Gjoni guarantees that all products on offer are fully functional.
Complaints will be accepted in the following cases:
– if an incorrect item has been sent to the purchaser
– if the item is faulty upon delivery
The item has to be returned in its original state and packaging and should not be used.
Using the item, making unauthorised modifications to the item or any other interventions by the Purchaser will be considered as voiding the warranty. Any formal complaints made in such cases will not be considered.
A copy of the receipt should be included with the returned product in order to confirm the validity of the warranty. Products should be properly packed before they are mailed to the Seller. All improperly packed returns or those that have been visibly damaged in transport will not be accepted and will be returned to the Purchaser at their expense.
Complaints should be filed via post or e-mail and the faulty product returned or mailed back to the Seller within 14 days from when it is received by the Purchaser. Do not throw away the mailing receipt as it contains the date on which the package was sent. Subsequent complaints will not be considered.
Upon receiving the package, the Purchaser is obliged to check the item for potential damages and faults. Packages with visible damage should not be accepted and the Seller should be informed immediately of any faults in the product. Receiving and accepting an originally packed, unwrapped shipment by signing the delivery note confirms that the package has been successfully delivered.
Any additional fees which might occur if the package is not picked up from the post office on time are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
The items are covered with shipping insurance. If the Purchaser does not receive the package within 14 days from ordering, they should inform the Seller so that necessary steps should be taken to address the problem.
